How’s your week going? Mine is definitely looking up. I’ve gotten word that not only will I be joining the crew on Fox and Friends this Saturday morning giving a crash course in home emergencies, I will be joining Anna, Clayton, Tucker, and the Fox and Friends team in the Tough Mudder competition. Yes, that’s right. This Saturday morning I will be crawling, climbing, and who knows what else through a sludge-filled obstacle course.

If you know me at all, you are well aware this Fox and Friends feature is right up my alley. Not only can I give medical advice on the spot (hopefully I won’t have to break out my first aid know-how during the race), I love a good athletic competition. This won’t be my first go at a mud run, but I must say it’s been a while.

So, if you’re up for some Saturday morning entertainment, tune in to Fox and Friends in the 8 o’clock hour (EST) for a crash course in home emergencies followed an hour later by yours truly competing in the Tough Mudder obstacle course…with some Navy Seals, I am told. Nurse practitioners represent!
