# Don’t Miss Fox and Friends Saturday!

Guess what?!  It’s happening again.  This weekend I am headed to New York City to appear on [Fox and Friends](https://www.foxnews.com/on-air/fox-and-friends/index.html).  I can’t wait to join Anna Kooiman back on the curvy couch to discuss the latest in health and wellness.

The media is begging for a nurse practitioner voice as we are becoming more and more of a force in healthcare.  I am excited and honored to be selected to speak on behalf of NPs.  And, thankfully,* much* less nervous than [last time](https://video.foxnews.com/v/2700460373001/anti-depressants-linked-to-type-2-diabetes/).  This weekend, I will present a fun segment on the worst places for health.  Who knew that where you keep your toothbrush and where you store your prescriptions could be such a health hazard?  Sometimes *where* you do things has as much of an impact as* how *you do them.

So, watch Fox and Friends this Saturday morning, October 25th at 6:20am EST to see me present the latest news and views in healthcare.

Now, off for some last minute dress shopping…
